4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount accepted by winpr is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your KYC verification status and account tier.
4.4 Own Payment Methods Only. You may only deposit funds to your winpr account using a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts — whether bank accounts, mobile wallets, or any other payment instrument — is strictly prohibited. Deposits originating from third-party payment methods will be subject to investigation and may be returned, with the associated winpr account suspended pending KYC review.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of winpr's approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to interbank clearing schedules. winpr makes no guarantee of specific processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.2 KYC Prerequisite. winpr will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not completed satisfactory KYC verification. This is a mandatory, one-time requirement that must be completed prior to the first withdrawal from any winpr account. Delays in providing KYC documentation are the player's sole responsibility.
5.3 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. winpr reserves the right to select the withdrawal channel at its discretion where method matching is not possible.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses issued by winpr are subject to a wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the combined value of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Example: a Rs 1,000 deposit plus a Rs 1,000 bonus requires total wagers of Rs 40,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the winpr platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real PKR. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game or system malfunction, winpr reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to player accounts. 7.4 Cricket & Sports Betting. In the event of any conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these general Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail for sports betting transactions.
7.5 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with winpr's published settlement rules for each market type. Winnings are credited to your PKR account balance immediately upon bet settlement. Disputed settlements must be raised with winpr support within 72 hours of the affected event's conclusion.

11.2 winpr's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 winpr does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, for which winpr shall not be liable.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits winpr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by winpr's negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 Right to Amend. winpr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, winpr will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page and is dated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your winpr account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

These Terms, together with the winpr Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms published by winpr, constitute the entire agreement between you and winpr regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
